Moving out? Do you have unwanted stuff in your dorm room that you want to get rid of? Don’t trash it; donate instead! The University offers two programs to get rid of your items in a responsible way. Please spread the word!
The Move-out Cleanout

Held from April 28 through May 18
Clothing or Shoes: Look for big yellow Planet Aid collection boxes located outside of each residential living area.
Unopened Non-perishable Food: Collection barrels will be placed in the main entryway of each residence hall.
Electronics: Label “Recycle” and bring to the Sage or Gale loading dock.
Cinder Blocks: Bring to the Sage loading dock for reuse

Bring your items OUTSIDE to the designated collection areas on the two collection dates. Acceptable items include rugs, chairs, furniture, shelving, baskets, working electronics, refrigerators, microwaves, school supplies. (No non-approved appliances or items as detailed on the Fire & Life Safety rules checklist.)
Saturday, May 9 (1-4pm): Sue B.- at the circle in front, Southside- in parking lot, Res Quad and Frat Quad- on Faculty Rd.
Saturday, May 16 (1-4pm):Hill Court- by Gale loading dock, Jackson Court- along Towers Rd., Riverview- in parking lot, Brooks Crossing- held the Community Room and NOT outside
Rain locations: Sue B. (Friel Lounge), Southside (Valentine Community Room), Res Quad/Frat Quad (Tiernan Community Room), Hill Court (inside Gale loading dock), Jackson Court (O’Brien Bike Room), Riverview (held outside rain or shine)
