The NIRS Visualization and Processing Toolkit (NVPT) is a software developed by the Berger Group in order to view, document, process and analyze the fNIRS studies on a user-friendly software. NVPT is written on Matlab and has a graphical user interface (GUI).
NVPT has plotting functions for simple distance view, “raw” data display, power spectrum on frequency domain, regression, double regression, filtering, motion artifact detection, motion artifact correction and more.
This section is intended to show the users how the NVPT is constructed and used.
