This week, we welcome to campus the Class of 2027, their friends, families, and all new and returning students! We will be participating and spreading the green word all week. Led by our trusted EcoReps, students moving in to the first-year Hill and Quad residence halls will have the opportunity to recycle their flattened cardboard, paper, and block Styrofoam. EcoReps will be disbursed throughout the halls and floors on Monday (8/21) 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Tuesday (8/22) 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Follow along. This is a service offered in partnership with University Facilities and Services, Office of Residential Life and Housing Services, and ThermalFoams.
We will also have our Zero-Waste Lunch for students and families on Monday, August 28, 10:30 AM – 2:00 PM in Danforth and Douglass dining halls. We look forward to meeting all incoming students and connecting everyone to a sustainable campus.
