3 – Identify three things you are grateful for.
2 – Identify two positive experiences for the day.
1 – Identify one Act of Kindness and then be sure to say thank you to that person.

I’ve been doing this for about one month now. It makes me think about the good things and forces me to say thanks – even if I don’t feel like I have enough time.
