Year #1 for Amy Kadrie

Ocotober 12th marked the day of my one year anniversary as Recycling Coordinator. From the beginning I knew that the students and staff at the University would be a big support to me in this position. That has proven to be true in the past year as many have reached out to offer their suggestions and assistance to me. As I wrote a list of accomplishments, I realized that it has been a year full of planning, events, recommendations, training, and meetings with staff and students, among many other things.  One of the biggest things I have noticed lately is that there is an increase in general public awareness and knowledge of recycling and sustainability on campus. I am pleased to see this shift towards accomplishing one of my most major goals. There is still a long way to go and many other goals to reach but I am pleased to see that progress has indeed been made. See my list of accomplishments and attachments.
