Dr. Greivenkamp shared the history of telescopes and binoculars with our SPIE chapter. It started with an informative and fun lecture including the surprise of how short a time inventors got responses on patents back in the day! It ended with a showcase of some of Dr. Greivenkamp’s own collection in the Munnerlyn Atrium.
