Rochester Management, Inc., is the sole property management agent of the University’s Graduate and Family Housing properties. They work with the University to provide graduate residents clean, safe, and affordable living.
Rochester Management, Inc., a local not for profit organization, has been a leader in affordable housing since 1949. RMI was originally created in response to a critical need for affordable housing for returning World War II veterans. Today, RMI serves veterans, seniors, students, and families by providing clean, well maintained apartments and town homes at very reasonable rates.
We manage over 3,500 residential units throughout Rochester, Canandaigua and Syracuse. While our portfolio is large, our university properties are managed by a staff focused only on the University of Rochester.
