The Department of Public Safety along with the Department of Transportation and Parking Management, donated approximately 19 Bikes, several bike tires, rims and damaged bike locks to R Community Bikes.
These Bikes will be refurbished by a great group of volunteers and will be given back to the greater Rochester community.
