Hey, bookworms! Go visit the display shelf in Rush Rhees to check out a couple of sustainability-themed books. This was organized by some of the wonderful Ecoreps. Take advantage of your access to one of the most amazing libraries around and grab a few books.
On a side note, reading is probably one of the best things you can do for yourself in college. Obviously, you pretty much have to read to get by here, but I mean reading for pleasure. Find the time to read things that interest you and to expand your knowledge.
Anyway, this display is a really cool opportunity to learn about different aspects of environmental sustainability and what sustainability means. There are so many interesting books that share opinions all over the board. You can learn about the origins of sustainability, the history, the current solutions or problems — there is really such a broad range of ideas in this topic. Go ahead and pick out a few books.
