Clay’s Corner

Judy ClayClean your room! Clean your house! Clean your car! Clean! Clean! Clean!

Back in the day…..”cleaning” meant grabbing some funky chemical, and spraying and/or pouring “it” on whatever needed to be Cleaned! and we crossed our fingers “it” would work. Well, we are much more environmentally aware, of course, but we still need to Clean! The Facilities team at the Memorial Art Gallery (MAG) is blazing a path that many will soon follow.  MAG Facilities Manager, Debbie Smith has purchased two Ionators for use at Rochester’s premiere art and cultural center. No funky chemicals for these devices. An Ionator looks like a spray bottle on steroids, but what happens is safe and healthy. This system provides sustainable cleaning by using tap water and by sending a small electrical charge can remove 99.9% of harmful bacteria from surfaces. The Ionator can reduce and/or eliminate the need for traditional cleaning chemicals such as: glass, multipurpose, restroom, stainless steel and whiteboard cleaners. It can also be used around food.

Keeping areas safe, healthy and looking good are challenges easier to face with the power of good, old H2O. So, grab your Ioantor and Clean!
