• 3 days/2 nights (preferably quick-drying synthetics and as little cotton as possible!)
  • A warm layer such as fleece or windbreaker (again, avoid cotton)
  • Raincoat or poncho
  • Hiking boots
  • Camp shoes like Tevas or light sneakers
  • Climbing shoes (rentable)

Sleeping Gear:

  • Sleeping bag (rated to at least 45° F) (rentable)
  • Sleeping pad (rentable)

Other Personal Items:

  • Eating supplies (a tupperware container with a lid, which you can store your fork and spoon in, works well)
  • 2 one-liter water bottles
  • Flashlight or headlamp
  • Backpack (internal or external frame, large enough to carry all personal items and some group gear) (rentable)
  • Day pack
  • Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush)

Optional Items:

  • Mosquito repellent
  • Sunscreen
  • Sunglasses
  • Camera (bring at your own risk)
