Trek Leaders

Hi URFoot trekees! My name is William DeMaria, I am from Millbury, MA, and I am a junior studying Biomedical Engineering. My freshman year, I went on the caving trek and it was by far one of the best experiences I have had. My sophomore year, I led the Allegany State Park trek, where we played various outdoor games, swam, and cooked delicious food. This year, I am leading the Allegany trek again and I cannot wait to meet all the incoming first-years and have another amazing experience!

Hello Friends!! I’m Gabi and I am a rising junior from Brighton. I love South Africa, the natural world, and kind people. I am majoring in Anthropology and African/African-American Studies with a minor in French. Can’t wait for you all to come trek with me!

Hi Guys!
My name is Tyler Mason, and I am a sophomore physics major with minors in math and chemistry. Here on campus I am involved with the Society of Physics Students, and I am a brother of Alpha Epsilon Pi. When I was an incoming freshman, I was on the Allegany trek, and I am very excited to be leading it this year! URFOOT was an amazing experience for me, and I hope that my trekees get as much out of it as I did. See you there!

Hello hello, I’m Alicia and I’m a rising senior from Saratoga Springs, New York. I’m a double major in Economics and Environmental Studies (hopefully that hasn’t changed since I wrote this). On campus, I play on the Women’s Club Volleyball team, work for the Program of Dance and Movement, and am a sister of Chi Omega. This is my third year on the Allegany trip (I can’t seem to get rid of this place) and this club is the GOAT ~ Can’t wait for the fall and I’m so excited to spend my last URFoot Trek with you

Hey trekees!
My name is Jacob Rozowsky and I am from Newton, MA. I am in the class of 2020, and am majoring in some combination of biology and chemistry. This is me while hiking around some volcano is the Galapagos, which was by far the best day of my life. Yes, I will be wearing this bucket hat on the trek. On campus, I am involved in Class Council, URFOOT (duh!), and Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. Last year I was on canoeing, which was dope, and I am now super excited to explore Allegheny with you guys. URFOOT was an incredible experience, and I can’t wait to go on it again! See ya in August.

Hey Trekees!! My name is Hannah Stuart and I am a rising sophomore from Cambridge, MA. At Rochester I am double majoring (ideally) in Molecular Genetics and Anthropology. I enjoy camping, hiking, and generally all things outdoors. My freshmen year I was on Mt. Marcy and it remains one of my favorite college experiences to date. This is my first time leading and I am so excited for you all to join us in August for the best time of your new college life!!!

Greetings Treksters
My name’s Dan and I will be your guide on the journey to Allegany State Park. I went on this trek as a frosh, and this will be my second year leading this trek. I love getting down and dirty in the outdoors, whether it be camping, hiking, skiing, fishing, or watching Planet Earth reruns. I’m an Eagle Scout and a member of the outing club on campus. Additionally, you can catch me hamming it up with In Between the Lines Comedy Improv Troupe. Coming on this trek will be the best decision of your college career, I guarantee it.
Let’s Send it,
Dan “the man” Willis
