Headwater Food Hub is an organization that partners with New York State farmers to bring fresh food to restaurants and universities year round. In addition, their direct to consumer project, the Good Food Collective, allows people to subscribe and receive weekly shares of local, fresh products. There are a variety of shares to choose from including cheese shares, coffee shares, mushroom shares, standard shares and so many other options! Recently, the Good Food Collective has even added the option of customizable shares!
