We have projectors, screens, and video accessories to suit your needs whether it is projecting a PowerPoint presentation for a basic meeting or a drive in movie on the quad.
Projection Screens
If there is not a projection surface installed in the room, we have a variety of options to help you have a successful event. Event Support has 6′, 7′, and 8′ tripod projection screens that we can set-up. For larger venues and outdoor events, we have a 9′ x 12′ screen and a 10.5′ x 14′ screen. We can front or rear project onto the two larger screens making for a cleaner set-up at your event.
Sanyo PLC-XP57L Projectors
Event Support stocks two projector options. For smaller meetings, a small portable projector can be connected to your laptop and in conjunction with one of our tripod screens allows you to have a multimedia presentation at your meeting. For our larger screens, or when image brightness is an issue, we have a pair of larger projectors that we can use for event, giving you the best possible image for your event.
TV Carts

Event support owns 3 TV Carts, all equiped with 27″ TVs, and a DVD/VHS combo player. These units are portable and can be used to show videos to a small group of people.

Flat Screen TV

Event Support owns a 37″ flat screen TV. With a variety of input options, we can connect almost any playback device to it depending on the needs for your event. Most commonly, it is used as a confidence monitor on stage for speakers and presenters.

Video Taping Rigs

Event Support owns 2 Video Taping Rigs, which we can use to record your event on VHS. We are not equipped to do professional recordings, but would be happy to record the show for you for archival purposes.
