The Director of Fellowships from the College Center for Advising Services, Belinda Redden will join us this Monday, November 4th to talk about awards and fellowships available to undergraduate students, how to find them, prepare for and apply for them. If you have not looked into fellowships for yourself, or you would like to be considered for awards, you should attend this lunch and take advantage of this extremely valuable resource.
Ms. Redden earned B.A. from Dartmouth and an M.A. from Middlebury, both in French Language and Literature. She has spent much of her adult life involved in academia, not only as a graduate student, but also as a French instructor, research assistant, library assistant, and special programs coordinator at institutions including Princeton, Bryn Mawr, and Ohio University. These roles have afforded Ms. Redden a unique perspective on undergraduates and, for the past 14 years, she has utilized this valuable knowledge to help people at the University of Rochester.
After her talk there will be time reserved for all of your questions. We will meet in Lattimore 540 at 12:00 pm on Monday. The event is free and lunch will be provided, but space is limited. Please RSVP by Friday, November 1st to firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to attend.
