Screening of Girl Rising Tonight!

Come out for tonight’s special screening of Girl Rising, Today, October 17th at 7:30pm in Hoyt Auditorium. The film presents remarkable stories from nine girls across the world who, through education, are able to break through barriers of injustice and create change in the world. Their stories are told by celebrated writers and voiced by renowned actors. A discussion panel will follow the screening. The event is free and open to the public and is presented by Delta Phi Omega Sorority and is co-sponsored in part by The Susan B. Anthony Institute for Gender and Women’s Studies.
