Guerrilla Feminism: Digitizing Activism on a Global Scale

lachristaWriter, speaker, and activist Lachrista Greco is a guest speaker at University of Rochester Women’s Caucus 2013 Women’s History Month event. The event will take place on Tuesday, March 26th at 7:30pm-8:30pm.

Greco’s talk is titled “Guerrilla Feminism: Digitizing Activism on a Global Scale,” which will enlighten activists on ways to advocate feminism in the current digital age, as she tells her story on how and why she created Guerrilla Feminism, how it grew to become a legitimate vehicle in feminist culture, and how to handle internal fighting within the feminist movement–especially online.
