Kudos and Celebration on this 40th Anniversary of Roe v. Wade

This past October 2012 our very own Kaitlin Legg was awarded the 2012 Catharine Rowntree Advocacy Award from Planned Parenthood of the Rochester Syracuse Region (PPRSR). Catharine Rowntree was known for her unfailing graciousness, tenacity, and dedication. The Advocacy Award is presented to an individual in the Rochester community who exemplifies these characteristics. We are so pleased that Legg was selected for this honor. Here at the Susan B. Anthony Institute (SBAI) we are so proud of Legg’s accomplishments at the University and in the community. Today, through her work with PPRSR’s young professional group REAL (Rising Educators, Advocates and Leaders) for Planned Parenthood and in honor of the 40^th Anniversary of Roe v.
