A “Cindarella Moment” for Marriage Equality?

William Eskridge, Jr., Professor of Law at Yale University and expert on same-sex marriage and the law, gave SBAI’s inaugural Rainbow Lecture in April 2012. Earlier this week, he commented on “Marriage Equality’s Cindarella Moment” at the SCOTUS blog. The post is referring to the United States Supreme Court’s recent decision to hear two same-sex marriage cases, a decision that commentators are saying could push a speedy decision on the issue.
