“Black and…” series at Crozer Divinity School

The Black Student Caucus of Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School is celebrating Black History Month each Wednesday this month. They will be sponsoring a four part series entitled “Black And……”  They will celebrate African American history and have a dialogue on some of the current issues that Black people now face. Women, Youth, Clergy, and LBGT are the four areas of Black life that will be their topics of discussion. The films will be screened at the Samuel Colgate Memorial Chapel right by Highland Park in the City of Rochester.

Metro Justice will have a table at each event to invite students and friends to learn more about the work they do in Rochester.

ALL EVENTS BEGIN AT 4:15 PM FOR CHAPEL SERVICE IN THE SAMUEL COLGATE MEMORIAL CHAPEL FOLLOWED BY 5:30 PM SOUP, CIDER AND CONVERSATION.

NOTE: ON FEBRUARY 18TH, REV. DR. FORREST ELLIOTT HARRIS’ LECTURE BEGINS AT 6:15 PM.
